Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of client demographics.

Responsibilities

• Perform Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information and current medication list.
• Evaluate claimant's functional level of independence and ADL/IADL tasks.
• Conduct brief cognitive screening and document using a point-of-care web system on a laptop or tablet.
