Job summary

Elior North America is looking for a PRN Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in Cortland Manor, NY. This on-site role assesses nutritional needs, initiates interventions, and supports residents’ quality of life.

Typically scheduled 8–16 hours per month with potential for additional weekday, weekend, or vacation coverage. Join us to provide nutrition education and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian.
• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (Pre-2024) or related field.
• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passed the national CDR exam or eligible per Academy requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every 5 years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to healthcare team and educate patients/residents.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up nutrition procedures and policies.
• Participate in quality improvement programs.
