Job summary

Charlotte Radiology is seeking a per diem Patient Representative in the Charlotte, NC area. You will welcome patients, register them, collect payments, and schedule imaging appointments at outpatient sites. You may help onboard new staff and assist with training while maintaining solid office flow and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• 1+ years' medical office experience preferred with familiarity of outpatient setting.
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Check-in including patient reception and registration and collecting payments.
• Schedule exams and manage appointments.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Maintain accurate demographic and insurance information in electronic records.
• Handle patient inquiries and direct to appropriate parties.
