Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider for Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, FL. The PTA role supports residents in skilled nursing facilities, working inside dedicated rehab gyms to help regain function and independence.

PRN position with increased rates when medical benefits are waived. Requires Florida PTA license (or license-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
