Qualifikationen

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities to plan therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and home care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, plans, progress, and discharges.
