River Falls Post Acute in Marietta, SC seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. Under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services to help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence while enhancing quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license in South Carolina.
• Experience with rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to document accurately and timely.
• PRN availability and flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA treatments under the supervising PT.
• Follow physician orders and individualized treatment plans.
• Document daily treatments, progress notes, and resident outcomes.
• Participate in care conferences and rehabilitation meetings as needed.
• Assist with maintaining therapy equipment and treatment areas.
• Support Restorative Aides in therapy-related activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
