Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN coverage. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to residents, focusing on mobility, strength, and independence.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and SC PTA licensure. Prior skilled nursing or rehab experience is preferred; PCC/Casamba familiarity is a plus. Flexible scheduling and supportive rehab team are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required).
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established therapy plans.
• Assist residents with exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support a positive, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes.
