Magnolia Home Health in Bryan, TX is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN per visit) to join our compassionate home health team. Under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, you will implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with our caregivers to support patients’ independence.

The role requires a CACPT-accredited PTA program graduate, valid state licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to travel to patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• PTA graduate of CACPT-accredited program.
• Two years of PTA experience in the last five years.
• Current licensure from the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide treatments under supervision of a Physical Therapist to meet patient goals.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities and use assistive devices.
• Follow Plan of Care and agency policies.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
