Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services and interventions under the direction of a physical therapist.
• Observes and documents patient responses to treatment and reports changes to the PT and medical staff.
• Maintains documentation in the patient medical record and coordinates with care teams.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and chart audits.
• Maintains patient confidentiality regarding the therapist-client relationship.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
