Job summary

Rehab Solutions in Austin, TX seeks a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home health team. You will support treatment plans crafted by Physical Therapists and provide direct patient care across settings in the community.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or licensure eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing PT-directed treatment plans; provide direct patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress; educate patients and families.
• Document treatments and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs and other healthcare staff for coordinated care.
