Job summary

Asheboro Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Asheboro, NC is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team. You'll perform evaluations, design treatment plans, and deliver patient-centered therapy in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Holds current license/registration in the state.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with goals, frequency and modalities.
• Ensure orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges are obtained.
• Document progress daily and update plans as needed.
• Supervise junior staff or students and co-sign notes when required.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, families and staff.
• Adhere to facility policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in rehab team meetings and department activities.
