Job summary

Asheboro Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Asheboro, NC is seeking a Part-Time/PRN weekend Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team. You will conduct PT evaluations, develop collaborative treatment plans, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold active PT license in NC.
• DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations based on physician orders.
• Develop and implement long- and short-term treatment plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
• Document daily progress and discharge summaries.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide in-service education as needed.
