Job summary

Watsontown Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Flexible scheduling and a supportive interdisciplinary team make this a ideal role for a PTA seeking supplemental hours or ongoing PRN opportunities.

Providers will deliver skilled PTA treatments, collaborate with the therapy team, and document care in Net Health for both short-term and long-term residents.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and dependable.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and independence.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in Net Health.
• Support individualized resident-centered treatment plans.
