National Church Residences Home Health division in Southern Ohio seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to join a dedicated team in delivering high-quality care to seniors. The PTA will work full-time, providing physical therapy services and supporting patient rehabilitation within a home health setting.

Qualified candidates hold a degree in Physical Therapy (BS, MS or DPT) and have 2–4 years of experience preferred, with licensure eligibility in good standing.

Qualified Candidates For This Position Offer
