Job summary

American Senior Communities LLC is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy to residents across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings in Washington. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise PTAs, and contribute to discharge planning.

This role offers flexible shifts, collaboration with licensed therapists and center teams, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with seniors while adhering to state regulations.

Job description

PRN Physical Therapist Opportunity with Eastgate Manor Nursing and Prairie Village

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.

• Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
• Develop discharge plans
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)
• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy services
