Job summary

Springs Valley Meadows is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy services in our ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, supervise PTAs, and contribute to case management, while maintaining strong interactions with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients and provide quality patient care.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA).

• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy services.
• PRN role enabling flexible shifts and schedules.
• Collaborate with other licensed therapists and Directors of Therapy.
• Serve a variety of senior residents across local ASC facilities.
