Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Physical Therapist to join Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, discharge plans and supervise PTAs across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.

You will work with licensed therapists and Directors of Therapy to support senior residents, ensure high-quality care, and adhere to state regulations while delivering compassionate, excellence-driven therapy services.

• Develop discharge plans
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)
• Contribute to case management

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
