Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to serve Eastgate Manor Nursing and Prairie Village across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. You will evaluate patients, create and adjust treatment plans, and supervise PTAs while contributing to case management and maintaining positive interactions with patients and staff.

You will adhere to state regulations and collaborate with licensed therapists to deliver compassionate care to senior residents in local ASC facilities.

PRN Physical Therapist Opportunity with Eastgate Manor Nursing and Prairie Village

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
