Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist at Seymour Crossing. The role delivers skilled physical therapy to residents across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, following standard PT practices and facility policies.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, supervise PTAs, and contribute to case management while maintaining positive interactions with residents and staff.

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
