Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a PRN Physical Therapist at University Nursing Center in Indiana. The Physical Therapist delivers skilled therapy services in accordance with policy, evaluates patients, develops initial and ongoing treatment plans and discharge plans, and supervises PTAs within ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.

The role offers a collaborative environment with licensed therapists and Directors of Therapy, and the chance to contribute to compassionate care for senior residents

PRN Physical Therapist Opportunity at University Nursing Center

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
