Willowdale Village in Indiana is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver skilled physical therapy services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings in accordance with professional standards.

You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, supervise PTAs, contribute to case management, and maintain positive interactions with patients and staff, all while adhering to state regulations.

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
