Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a PRN Physical Therapist for Eastgate Manor Nursing and Prairie Village to deliver skilled PT services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, following PT principles and center policies.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, supervise PTAs, participate in case management, and ensure compliance with state regulations while enjoying flexible shifts and meaningful work with senior residents.

PRN Physical Therapist Opportunity with Eastgate Manor Nursing and Prairie Village

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
