Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a PRN Physical Therapist for weekend coverage at Rosewalk Village in Indianapolis. The therapist will provide skilled physical therapy services, evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise PTAs in line with policy and regulations.

Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
