Job summary

American Senior Communities in Seymour, Indiana is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide skilled PT services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise PTAs, and contribute to case management to support senior residents.

Qualifications

• Masters or better in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Indiana.
• Experience with geriatrics or senior populations preferred.

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
