Job summary

American Senior Communities in Indianapolis is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for weekend coverage at Rosewalk Village. This role offers flexible weekend shifts to support a busy senior care facility.

As part of ASC Therapies & Wellness, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, supervise PTAs, and contribute to case management while ensuring compliance with state regulations. Building strong relationships with residents and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Indiana PT licensure required.
• Active license to practice physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide quality patient care.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Develop discharge plans for patients.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA).
• Contribute to case management.

Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
