Job summary

Springs Valley Meadows in French Lick, IN is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver skilled therapy across ASC settings. You will evaluate patients and provide quality care, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, and contribute to case management while maintaining a positive interaction with patients and center staff.

Qualifications

• Masters or better in Physical Therapy.
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice.
• Experience supervising PTAs and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
