Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for Willowdale Village to deliver skilled physical therapy services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.

You will evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, and discharge plans in accordance with state rules and center policies. You will supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and contribute to case management across local ASC facilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
• Develop discharge plans
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)
• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
