Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Collection Specialist/Phlebotomist to collect urine, nasal swabs, and blood specimens in physician offices. Responsibilities include handling requisitions, shipping specimens, and entering patient data into EMR/LIS systems.

The role requires independent work and remote supervision, with a flexible start schedule and potential growth to more days per week. Qualifications include at least 2 years in medical office or lab collection, HS diploma or GED, and preferred phlebotomy

• Ability to work under remote supervision, following procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Collect urine samples and enter data into LIS/Lab information systems.
• Collect anterior nasal swabs for Covid-19 testing as requested.
• Collect blood specimens following protocols and prepare samples for shipment.
• Maintain specimen integrity per SOPs and update requisitions.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinic staff as needed.
