Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist to join our Belleville, NJ team. The role requires performing venipuncture and capillary collections across age groups, handling specimen processing, and ensuring accurate patient data entry.

You will support billing, records, and travel to additional sites as needed. The position emphasizes outstanding customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a flexible, casual/PRN schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred or required by training.
• Strong written and verbal communication and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
