Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification in Nuclear Medicine or PET by NMTCB or Nuclear Medicine by the ARRT.
• State license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work at several locations and travel as needed.
• Proficient with computer systems and HIPAA compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality PRN PET/CT images.
• Follow safety and radiation procedures and proper documentation.
• Pre-screen patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort.
• Trains new technologists and/or PC's as needed.
• Troubleshoot the scanner and peripheral equipment.
