Job summary

Akumin is seeking a PRN PET/CT Technologist to join our Oregon mobile team. This role offers two 12-hour shifts per week, with a focus on delivering high-quality imaging and patient-centered care across sites.

The ideal candidate holds NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification, state licensure, CPR certification, and excellent communication and organizational skills to support across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in Nuclear Medicine (NMTCB or ARRT(N)) and state license as required.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Patient safety and pre-screening, aseptic technique, and radiation safety.
• Produce high quality diagnostic PET/CT images.
• Communicate effectively with patients and radiologists.
• Train new technologists and PC's as needed.
• Troubleshoot scanner, coach, and peripheral equipment.
