Sanford Health is hiring a PRN Room Service Assistant (Call Center) at the Broadway Campus to support patient meals and countertop service. Qualifications

• Direct customer service experience preferred.
• Previous food service experience and/or work with therapeutic diets preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsabilités

• Communicates effectively with nursing staff, nutrition techs, dietitians and call center staff.
• Uses computerized diet sheets, accesses patient computer system, retrieves meals and records intake.
• Maintains HACCP guidelines and quality control standards.
• Obtains, transcribes and processes meal orders from patients and visitors over the telephone.
• Provides appropriate menu for diet and assists patients with meal ordering.
• Delivers meals to patients and supports room service operations as needed.
