Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary School graduation or 2 years food production experience required.
• Read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food for Patient Food Services, Retail Food Services, and Catering Services.
• Stock, assemble, and serve portion-controlled food; maintain station readiness.
• Monitor food quality, temperatures, and sanitation; document as required.
• Provide excellent customer, patient, and staff interactions as a Culinary Ambassador.
• Assist in inventory management and support menu planning with supervisors.
