Job summary

MedQuest Imaging is seeking a PRN front desk coordinator for the Novant Health Imaging Monroe center in Monroe, NC. You will greet patients, check in, answer calls, and schedule appointments, providing exceptional service while supporting PTO coverage and other needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0 - 2+ years of experience in customer support or hospitality.
• Strong customer service background and focus.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge and ability to perform accurately and efficiently on computer.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at the imaging center.
• Check in patients and route calls to the appropriate party.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars.
• Collect balances from patients at time of service.
• Perform front desk/desk duties and assist the team as needed.
