Job summary

MedQuest Imaging is seeking individuals for a PRN front desk role at the Novant Health Imaging Monroe facility. This position offers flexible scheduling to cover PTO and other coverage needs, with shifts planned two weeks to a month in advance.

You will greet patients, check in, answer phones, schedule appointments, and collect balances, contributing to a warm patient experience while supporting the imaging center’s daily operations. Training occurs during weekdays, with some weekend involvement.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2+ years in a customer support or hospitality role.
• Strong customer service background and focus.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a physician practice or medical setting preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, check in and direct calls.
• Answer phones, route calls, and schedule appointments.
• Collect patient balances at time of service.
• Perform front desk duties and support center operations.
