Job summary

MedQuest Imaging, a trusted partner of Novant Health, is seeking a PRN front desk associate at the Novant Health Imaging Monroe center. You will welcome patients, check them in, answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with payments while supporting a dynamic imaging environment.

Ideal candidates bring 0–2+ years in customer service, a strong service mindset, and solid computer skills. Training during the week may be required, with a flexible, learning‑oriented schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0–2+ years in customer support or hospitality.
• Skills: strong service mindset, clear written and verbal communication, and computer use capability.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors as the first point of contact.
• Answer phones, route calls, and schedule patient appointments.
• Collect balances at time of service and support front desk duties.
• Assist with other office tasks to support imaging center operations.
