Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors into the imaging center and ensure they feel comfortable.
• Check patients in and answer the telephone; route calls to the appropriate party.
• Schedule patient appointments and collect balances at time of service.
• Perform front desk/clerical duties and support daily operations.
