Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, seeks a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist or PTA for our Collegeville, PA outpatient clinic. Join a team focused on orthopedic and upper-extremity care, clinical excellence, and ongoing professional development.

You will assess, treat, and manage orthopedic patients, develop care plans with physicians, educate patients, and supervise PTAs/Aides while supporting staff education.

Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapist license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic clinics preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with orthopedic conditions in outpatient clinic.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and patients.
• Educate patients on therapies, exercises, and home programs.
• Document findings and treatment plans in the medical record accurately.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides.
• Support ongoing education and professional development of PT staff.
