Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, is seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist or PTA for our Willow Grove, PA office. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting, developing care plans with physicians, and supervising PTAs/Aides.

Ideal candidates will have PA licensure (PT) and BLS certification, with outpatient orthopedic experience.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a physical therapist license in Pennsylvania
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and manage patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient clinic
• Develop individualized care plans with physicians and patients
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides
• Educate patients and families on therapies, exercises, and home care
• Document findings and treatments in medical records
• Support ongoing education and professional development of staff
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
