Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and manage patients with orthopedic conditions in outpatient clinic
• Educate patients and families on therapies, exercises, and home care
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides
• Document findings and care plans in the medical record
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to develop individualized care plans
• Support ongoing education and professional development of the PT staff
