Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, is seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient Pottstown, PA team. The role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating with physicians, educating patients, and supervising PTAs and aides.

Applicants should hold a PA PT license (or eligible PTA/ PT) and have experience in outpatient orthopedics; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Education required: bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate with current PT licensure in PA.
• BLS certification required.
• Outpatient orthopedic PT experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat orthopedic conditions in outpatient clinic; develop individualized care plans with physicians and patients.
• Supervise PTAs and aides; supervise and educate staff.
• Document findings, treatments, and outcomes in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on therapies, exercises, and home care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
