Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, is seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist or PTA to join our outpatient Pottstown office. You will assess, treat, and manage patients with orthopedic conditions, develop individualized care plans, educate patients, and supervise support staff in a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates hold PA PT licensure and BLS certification, with outpatient orthopedic experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapist license required
• BLS Certification required
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic PT preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and establish goals, treatments, and care plans with physicians and patients
• Develop individualized care plans and supervise staff as needed
• Educate patients on therapies, exercises, and home care instructions
• Document findings and treatment plans in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians to coordinate care
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides
• Support ongoing education and professional development

Education

Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy

Master’s degree in physical therapy

Doctorate in physical therapy
