Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Collegeville, PA outpatient clinic. The PTA will implement treatment plans under a licensed PT and work Monday through Friday.

This full-time position emphasizes collaboration, patient-centered care, and professional growth, with benefits and a team focused on clinical excellence.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program is required.
• Current state PTA certification is required.
• Minimum of one year of outpatient physical therapy clinic experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with physicians and treatment staff for patient care.
• Document treatments and patient progress in the medical record per state guidelines.
• Support as a primary member of the treatment team for assigned caseloads.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and department policies.
