Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Philadelphia, PA for a PRN role. The PT will assess, treat, and manage patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient clinic setting and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and patients.

The role includes patient education, supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides, and serving as a resource for the Physical Therapy team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with PA license (or eligible)
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic PT preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with orthopedic conditions in outpatient setting
• Develop individualized care plans with physicians and patients
• Educate patients and families on therapies and home exercises
• Supervise PTAs and aides; support staff development
• Document findings and treatments in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize care
