Silver Tree Nursing and Rehabilitation in Texas seeks a compassionate Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will plan and administer OT treatments under the supervision of an OT, ensuring care plans are followed and progress is documented accurately.

The role requires a valid Texas OTA license and a current COTA credential. SNF or long-term care experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills supporting resident independence and

• Must hold a Texas OT assistant license (active and in good standing).
• COTA credential required for the role.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Provide skilled OT services per physician orders.
• Document thoroughly and timely per policy and regulations.
