Job summary

Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our in-house rehab team in Katy, TX. The OTA will provide person-centered OT services to residents under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and help implement treatment plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas OTA license, COTA credential, and SNF or long-term care experience. Flexible schedules and competitive compensation are offered to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OTA license and COTA credential required
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of occupational therapy treatment practices

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents and patients to relieve pain and improve function
• Provide skilled OT services under supervision of an OT
• Document patient progress and complete required records timely
• Attend required Rehab Department meetings and contribute to the care plan
