Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our therapy team on a PRN basis at our Selma and Fowler, California locations.

The OT will oversee daily OT services, collaborate with nursing and other departments to ensure quality patient care, and provide assessments, care planning, direct treatment, and consult on a general rehab caseload. A Bachelor's or Master's in OT and current state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor or Master Degree of Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state practiced.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills to interact with residents, families, staff, physicians, and regulators.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day OT services in the center.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other divisions to ensure quality care.
• Perform patient assessments, care planning, direct treatment, and consultations for a general rehab caseload.
