Continuum Rehab Group seeks Occupational Therapists (PRN) to join the Therapy team at our Selma and Fowler, CA locations. The OT will oversee daily therapy operations, assess patients, plan care, provide direct treatment, and consult with the rehab team to support quality care.

Requires a Bachelor or Master in Occupational Therapy and active OT license in the state. Prior long-term care experience is preferred; familiarity with guidelines and regulations is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state practiced required.
• Experience in long term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.

Continuum Rehab Group is currently seeking OT's to join the Therapy team on a PRN basis, at our buildings in Selma & Fowler, CA!

Position Description

Responsible for the overall day to day operations of occupational therapy services of the center. Ensures services are provided in coordination with other divisions, departments and nursing staff to ensure that quality care is provided and to support the goals and objectives of the company. Promotes wellness through the completion of patient assessment, care planning, direct treatment and consultation to a general rehab caseload.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma required.
• Must have a Bachelor or Masters Degree of Occupational Therapy.
• Must be Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state in which practiced.
• Experience in long term care or skilled nursing, preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationship with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives and the community.
• Current knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
