South Pacific Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - PRN to join our growing team in California. Must be a licensed OT with strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification and/or state-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
