Qualifikationen

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state.
• CPR certification currently active.
• Experience with dementia care and cognitive tasks.
• Ability to complete accurate, compliant documentation.

Aufgaben

• Administer screenings and comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Complete essential documentation and forms accurately per regulations.
• Administer standardized tests (e.g., ACL, Barthel, Functional Reach).
• Adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit for patients.
• Provide OT services for dementia and perceptual disturbances.
• Assess pain, ROM, strength, and functional capacity; record findings.
